Role: Nursery Assistant (2-3 Provision)
Following the successful launch of our 2-3 year-old nursery, Little Companions, in September of this year, we are delighted to be expanding our team and welcome applications from caring and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Nursery Assistant.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bringing these values to life through daily practice, ensuring that every child is known, valued and supported to flourish.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working with young children, preferably aged 2-3.
- Hold an Early Years Level 2 qualification with evidence of sufficient assessed practice.
- Be kind, patient, and passionate about working with young children.
- Be a strong, reliable team player able to support play-based learning.
- Be committed to safeguarding and the FCJ values and ethos.
FCJ is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and requires all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, and completion of the required Personal & Health Declarations.
